Absolunet, a leading company in computer networking and Web solutions, has expanded its range of services to include business telephony solutions.
Absolunet is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lessard Telephone on March 1, 2008. With more than 22 years of history, Lessard Telephone is the longest-running Panasonic dealer in Quebec.
In order to update the company’s identity and send a clear message regarding its evolution toward new IP technologies, Lessard Telephone will take the name Tellipso (for Telephone IP Solutions). It will also have a new logo to mark the occasion.
Tellipso (www.tellipso.com) is Absolunet’s third business unit, which includes Absolunet Web and Absolunet Networks.
Absolunet is also announcing the nomination of Mr. Michel Dubreuil, effective April 1st, as Tellipso’s general manager. Mr. Dubreuil has 25 years experience in business telephony solutions, 15 of which were spent as founding member and president of Elitel.
